ACNOWLEDGMENT      $ 10.00 for each signature

JURAT                            $ 10.00 for each signature
                                       $ 10.00 for each signature after 1st two
WITNESSING OR ATTESTING A SIGNATURE      $10.00 per signature 
CERTIFYING COPIES                  $10.00 per certification
CERTIFYING EVENT OR ACT      $10.00 per certification
COPYING ANY DOCUMENT          $1.00 for 1st page plus 25 cents
                                                                for every page thereafter

WILLS
There is a separate handling fee

NOT PART of the NOTARY/WITNESS FEE.     
$25.00 - $75.00
Plus - the $10 Notary fee for the 1st two signatures, $10 for each

signature after the 1st two and then $10 for each witness.

 

 Who Can Certify/Notarize Signatures

 

 

  1. Signatures of registered owners on title applications as well as signatures releasing interest on DOL approved forms (other than titles) must be certified/notarized by:
  2. Notary public, or
  3. County Auditor/Agent and authorized employees (follow signature with County, office and operator number), or
  4. Subagent and their authorized employees (follow signature with County, office, and operator number), or
  5. Agent authorized by DOL, or
  6. Authorized DOL employees, including but not limited to Liaison Officers, or
  7. Employees authorized by a Washington licensed dealer.   
  8. The dealership must be the selling dealer of the vehicle/vessel.  Their title and dealer number must follow the employee's signature.
